I had a really frustrating experience with Maria at Sport Clips. I booked an appointment in advance to avoid the wait, showed up on time, and still got skipped — she ended up taking a walk-in who checked in as “first available” instead of honoring my scheduled slot.

What’s the point of making an appointment if it’s going to be ignored? I wasn’t late, I followed all the check-in instructions, and yet Maria chose to take someone else who clearly didn’t have a reservation. When I asked about it, there was no apology or explanation — just a shrug and bad attitude.

Maria always gives me a top notch haircut every few weeks I come to this location. Always use the app to check in and she is there waiting for me when my time is up. Highly recommend this location
