I contacted chris on Thursday, took 3 missed calls to finally call me back and said he'd call me back later after he figured out his kids games. Never called me back. Friday afternoon i called again a few times no answer. A few hours later i had to text him for a reply and finally i got a call and a confirming text for 1-1:30 today. Have not gotten an ETA call, have not gotten any sign of them coming or any interest in the job. Will change review if they show up but as of right now it's not looking promisingEDIT: changed from 1 to 4 stars. Jeff came out and checked the roof. Hugh shoutout to Chris Baccus with RKG Roofing and Construction. He lives in my neighborhood. He drove by my house today on his way out and saw that the wind storm did a number on my roof. Just being a friendly neighbor he offered to tarp the places that were exposing open decking to keep the water and coming snow out. Then he proceeded to pick up all of the shingles in my yard. He so kindly did this without asking for anything in return so if you need a roofer or contractor I strongly suggest you use him. His buisness ethics are above and beyond. Thank you again sir!
Exceptional experience with Ben Bales at RKG from start to finish. He was extremely responsive and went over every little detail. He was so personable and stopped by often just to make sure that the process was smooth and answered all of my questions and concerns. It was exactly what I expected. Very transparent. I’m so glad that I decided to go with RKG! Great crew and Ben made it a smooth process! Excellent work! Would highly recommend using RKG!
