Had a major issue with ants had the initial crew come out inspect the house. Out together a plan for the insects then found out, with disgusting pictures I had a rat infestation in my attic. The crew that came today and worked on the outside and took out all of the contaminated insulation were incredible. Worked non stop all day got everything ready for the new insulation install tomorrow. The young man that came and took care of the ants and other insects yesterday did an awesome job as well. Everyone is super respectful, nice and competent. Used Orkin in Colorado and am super pleased with them here in Texas.
As always the technicians were very informative great at their job and very polite I have used orkin for over 30 years and will continue as I know if there are any problems they will be handled correctly and right away 👍
Got the contract service for my country home and it is money well spent! Prompt, responsive, and they have already helped us eliminate ants, rodents, and our newest nemesis..bark scorpions. It will be a lifelong battle as long as we own this home. So glad we went for the contract. No additional charges; I call, they eliminate.
