Berrett Home Services was amazing! They were quick and easy to work with. From me being able to call in before 8 AM and speak with their agent Priscilla to my technician Dustin who came out early than expected - which was a treat since my AC was out and the home was feeling unbearable! Berrett pest control service is exceptional, courteous and anticipates possible customer needs. Good communication on service time, reminders, check if any additional needs on the pest control are needed then follow-up. Sammartino was the service staff today. He was professional, polite, courteous, and considerate of the high wind so he used different equipment to ensure the pest control measures will be effective.
