My friend and I had a great stay at the Omni! It had great restaurants and a beautiful ambiance that helped us relax and reset! What made it exceptional was service we received by valet, Chase Moore, very polite and knowledgeable about the area.
I had a great experience with the valet service the other night, especially because of how helpful and friendly he was. He was very professional, attentive, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of. It’s always nice when someone provides great customer service and makes what could be a simple interaction feel genuinely pleasant. I really appreciate his help and wanted to make sure his excellent service was recognized. Thank you Chase for making my experience so easy and stress-free even with my crazy 4yr old lol.
I've had a very wonderful stay at the Omni in Fort Worth! Everyone has been extremely hospitable from the Crew at Cast Iron downstairs, to the Housekeeping Team and also including Valet!
Alexander and Christian at Cast Iron restaurant were extremely helpful regarding accommodating me as the Mary Kay convention was going on. Thank you both! I miss you already!
Chase Mouse (Moule? Not sure last name but it's close to one of these) was so kind to me at valet. I was here on business and had to pull back into the hotel to grab something from my room - saying they were SLAMMED would be an understatement but he was so kind on keeping my car on the side while I ran upstairs and came back down so I could quickly be on my way again
