Customers have noted that the team, including NINI and Jasmine, works hard to ensure the best results and makes clients feel comfortable. While the staff is great, the salon may rush services, especially when busy. Customers with short nail beds may experience issues with nail prep. Jasmine, now the new owner, has built an incredible team that delivers dependable and creative designs, ensuring that clients leave satisfied every time.
First time visiting this nail spa and loved everything !!! Tracy did an amazing job on my nails and made sure I was happy with everything and I just felt very comfortable with her ! Highly recommend!
I came here three times my first two visits was wonderful my last time not so much I came in for new acrylic and French tip on my real nails , I was given a fill I asked was this a fill I was told yes I informed that I was paying for a new set and French tip , this was July 14 on the 17 I came back because my nails are literally lifting from the back I was told I could not get my nails fixed that day and to come the next I had to go out of town so it’s impossible when at the time the shop turned me and another young lady down. Nini went above and beyond! She was very thorough. Best Gel-X nails I’ve ever had! It was my first time at this salon, and it was very clean and organized, with an upscale feel. This will be my new go-to spot!
