I've been coming to this place for the better part of a decade. I'll go to other places but I keep coming back. If anyone is new to town and is looking for a place I always recommend. I definitely come here when I want nail art. I've never seen them say no to something whether you want something more refind or full glam they're great. They're all good but Helen is top tier!
The only con I'd give this place is I've only had one good pedicure here but other than that they're great!
I've been going here off and on for years. I was seeing Tracy and now have been consistently going to Helen for almost two years. They are great! I come for just my acrylic nail set with fill-ins and an occasional brow waxing. My budget is tight, so I appreciate her not trying to constantly up sale my appointment. I am hard on my hands in my line of work, yet Helen's nails always last! She is professionally and timely. Also I always enjoy their music playlist. They are conveniently located a block pass Hulen Mall.
Helen has done my nails three times and every time it's been amazing. I work with my hands a lot and I've had a set last 4 weeks. If there wasn't such a gap from nail growth I think they would lasted longer. This is my most recent set and I just showed her a reference photo and she FREE HANDED this. She even suggested I add a grainy glitter on one finger for dimension and texture. She's so sweet and creative and I enjoy coming here. Everyone is very friendly.
