As to my service specifically? Excellent. My complaint is about the overall service I'm finding to be the norm. Here is the context of my complaint; I'm a CA transplant of about 5 yrs and it seems that the CA dealers have a better handle on service as it has to do with timeliness. I might wait a day or two on most unscheduled dealer visits for repair or service, but a week's wait on things that should only take a few hours to actually complete? I seem to always get a week or TWO as the wait time, all the while with no loaner program to speak of. I moved from CA to a better Texas, but this one aspect is a real hard pill to swallow and I don't understand the issue… read full review
