I've never had a problem here. All I've ever had done to my CX50 is an alignment, tire rotation and oil changes.
I talked to a guy named Chris and he made sure everything was good. I even got a follow-up call after the alignment. He's a good guy....maybe I just like his name. ;)

The waiting room is comfortable. They have good coffee and bottled water while you wait.

Purchased our Mazda September 19th 2024. Walking into the showroom it immediately felt comfortable. My husband had spoken to Kip on the phone prior to going to the dealership. I really can’t express my gratitude to Kip, Matt, Adrian and our salesman Matt. The sales process was effortless. I previously had a Subaru which I thought would be my forever car. However, my Mazda CX 90 has definitely taken its place.

I highly recommend Hiley Mazda for any service needs! Chris and Elvedin are top notch employees. They treated me kindly and were very honest and thorough when going over what my car needed. They are also organized and very timely. Best dealership experience by far.
