Great experience making an appointment and getting seen - I made the appointment the morning of the day I was seen! The PA (medical professional) I saw had great bedside manner and explained things thoroughly, next steps, how to care for my injured foot until it heals. My healthcare coverage also covered everything, so that surprising (and something I don't think I've EVER experienced). MedExpress made my visit so painless - something rare in the medical care world nowadays. Would highly recommend for any walk-in or semi-urgent care needs!
These guys were GREAT. I didn't have to wait long. The doctor was FANTASTIC. I was a little bit scared and he talked to me the whole time he had to do what I needed done and gave me a thorough explanation of my follow up. I recommend them to everyone. I was a walk in.
My issue was taken care of. The PA explained my condition and gave detailed advice. The woman that dressed my wound was friendly and helpful. Everyone introduced themselves except the young man taking my vitals. All in all a satisfying visit.
