Brought my 9 month old here on Sunday afternoon was able to be seen very quick, staff was quick and very kind , I saw the Nurse Practitioner she solved my babies issue quickly. Will be coming back here in the future!

This location used to be my favorite due to how friendly and courteous the staff was. Providers were always upbeat, quick, and very attentive. During my visit yesterday the front desk seemed to be a bit distracted with emailing on their phones regarding a personal matter. We arrived at a non peak time and didn’t have any patients in front of us which was great! Our nurse was awesome ! He made my daughter comfortable and was very sweet to her during her swab. However, the 7 minutes that we were told our result would take resulted in us being there for 2.5 hrs. There was nothing “urgent” about the front desk. I was there with my sick 2 year old as a walk-in before they opened so that we could be the first into the clinic. They didn’t unlock the door until 3 minutes after they were supposed to open because some of the staff had gone to pick up food from Panda Express. I could see others inside behind the counter for 20 minutes before that. Once the doors were unlocked, the woman at the front desk informed me that I might have to wait awhile since I didn’t have an appointment and the next available appointment was 2.5 hours later.
