Mike came by our house last year after we were hit by one of Texas' famous hail storms. Our home is only 4 years old, so it seemed crazy to us to even think about a new roof, but hail doesn't know which roof is new and which one isn't, so it's always best to check.Mike gave it a once over and said that there was some damage he could see, and he could likely justify getting a new roof to the insurance company, but it wasn't absolutely necessary and he suggested we wait until we get hit again.This made a lot of sense to us as we would have to pay the deductible regardless, and we'd rather not spend a few thousand dollars if we don't need to!
