I’m new to luxury nails 1. I live about 30 minutes from the location but after reading the great reviews paired with seeing pics of their work - I had to check it out!I had the best first time experience! Love their digitized check in process and the quality of work. I’ve been searching for this type of quality for a while and I found it!

They made my kids nails look really good and like the picture but didn’t put anything on top of the glitter and I waited for an hr and a half to get my nails done and they skipped me and did someone else. So overall they do good nails but it was really upsetting that I couldn’t get my nails done while my daughter was getting hers done and I left without getting my done and all I wanted was a dip with tip.

This nail shop is amazing! I love the staff because they are kind, attentive, and do your nails exactly how you ask.The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is because of the wait time on Saturday morning. The wait time averages at least 30 minutes or more if you are not the first individual at the shop. And even if you’re the first customer at the shop you still have to wait. The other nail techs arrive pretty late (10:15 AM or later) & I think the shop opens at 9:30 AM.If the open time is 10 AM, then it should be cleared up. If the open time is 9:30 AM then the other nail techs should be on time, if not early.Other than that it’s a great establishment and...read full review
