I’ve been coming here on and off since 2005/2006 due to moving between states, and I’m still a patient as of 2026. Today, I initially considered leaving a 1 star review after a disappointing phone call with a customer service rep named Claudia and another doctor.
However, I still decided to come in for my appointment, and I’m glad I did. I was assisted by Kathy (I hope I got her name right initials KJ), who was kind and professional. I also saw my usual doctor, Dr. Mike, who completely changed my perspective on the visit.
