Knights Heating and Air Conditioning is a professional and friendly company. Customers praise the knowledgeable technicians and seamless service. Technicians are described as competent, efficient, and able to quickly identify and resolve HVAC problems. Installations are clean, tidy, and completed with careful attention to specifications.
After getting a quote that seemed too high, I sought a second opinion and was pleased to find that this technician identified a simpler issue with my HVAC, completing the repair in just over an hour without replacing any parts. The first company suggested a costly replacement, so I'm grateful for this more straightforward solution.
Unlike another service I consulted, this company worked efficiently with my condo management to get the necessary permissions and completed the AC installation in under two hours. The technician was thorough in explaining how the unit operates, which was reassuring after a previous installation left many questions unanswered.
After a bit of hesitation, I decided to upgrade my home's ductwork, and I'm so glad I did. The technicians were punctual, arriving about 20 minutes earlier than expected, and worked with impressive efficiency. They explained each step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable with the changes. My home feels noticeably more comfortable now. Highly recommend for their expertise and professionalism in HVAC duct and vent installation.
