Taylor was perfect. He help me with my car was very very polite and explain everything that was wrong with my vehicle and even showed me my removed parts. Wow in the hottest day of the year these guys were so polite and moved very quickly to help me with an emissions test and check my oil and brakes. They're so respectful and got my job done very fast and were very efficient. I just moved over here from California and I feel grateful that I found these guys at jiffy lube close to my house.
The staff provided great customer service, and they all were very professional. Considering the level of work to complete they were very prompt. The service was better than going to my dealership. I appreciate the wifi and free bottled water, but it would have been great to have something warm to drink.
