We began using a caregiver from Home Instead for a family member in October. They have supplied care seven days a week. All of the caregivers have been excellent and very helpful. We cannot recommend them enough for your loved ones.
I rated them a 5 star because this is an awesome company that cares about their employees and clients. I been with Home Instead for at least 5 month they have exceeded my expectations in professionalism and always go above and beyond to exceed the needs of the clients. Great company!
#451 was wonderful, from the issues I had with the LTC company to scheduling, when Mom told the caregivers to go home!, to understanding the timing of payment! I can't say enough about this office - always caring whether it is the office or the caregivers! They have my support 100%!
