Very dissatisfied with this organization!!!! My mother had surgery 1 week ago today, was discharged on Fri. Before leaving the hospital, their rep visited with my mother about coming to her house for therapy. Supposed to come on Saturday for assessment (which they did) but told my parents that home health would come Tues. My mom called office after they didn't show up for appt to find out that the therapist wouldn't be coming until Wednesday (today), To then be called by therapist later in the day on Tuesday that she was on her way....sorry but no can do!! INCOMPETENT WEEKENDER’S. THEY ARE “SUPPOSED” TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND WE HAVE TO TELL THEM HOW TO DO THEIR JOB EVERY TIME!! WHEN THEY LEAVE I HAVE TO REDO THE JOB THAT THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO KNOW HOW TO DO AND GET PAID FOR YOU BETTER GET THEM INTO TRAINING AND FAST!!
