I especially want to recognize Bailey at the Glo Tanning location on Hulen in Fort Worth. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a genuine smile and makes you feel like you're her priority. She's knowledgeable about the products and tanning beds, but what really stands out is that she takes the time to listen and help you find what's best for you instead of rushing you through.
Great customer service is becoming harder to find these days, and Bailey is a wonderful example of what it should be. Fort Worth Hulen location: I have been going to a competitor for years and after asking them about the red light therapy and other health services offered, I was disappointed in their lack of knowledge and overall customer service. I shop around and visited Glo Tanning with low expectations. However, the staff was amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. Before leaving Glo that day, I signed up for an unlimited package with full access to all services in store for the same price I was paying just for spray tans at their competitor’s.
