Wait times are VERY long! I walked in on a Monday evening just to get a spray tan for my upcoming trip and waited almost 2 hours. I used to be a member a long time ago but cancelled when we moved but decided to go here because I did like it when I had a membership but that was at a different location. I haven't gotten a spray tan in a while and this one did turn out quite blotchy. I would be willing to maybe consider trying it again but not if the wait times are going to be that long.
Ally at Glo was absolutely amazing. She was running the entire huge store by herself on an extremely busy day (Thursday 2pm), and somehow still managed to be kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming to everyone who walked in.
She never once seemed rushed or overwhelmed with all the customers. She took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we all felt taken care of. That level of professionalism and positive attitude under pressure is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. 5 STARS!!
Glo is lucky to have Ally and she deserves major recognition for her hard work and dedication.
I love all the girls at Glo! They are a ray of sunshine after a long day of work. They are very knowledgeable on all of the products and helping you get the results you want. The red light therapy is a must!! You will feel the water weight, inflammation and stress melt right off you.
