I like going into the location on Hertage Trace..I go and do the tanning for about 4 to 5 months out of the year.. This is my second year but when I was in the location about 3 weeks ago I felt like I was at a dealership the young lady would not stop trying to get me to buy yall products...It was to the point I was ready to stop coming in to tan... So maybe yall could get the sales people to slow down on trying to get people to buy stuff that I don't need...The other thing is I told one of your people that I would like I put my account on freeze again instead her helping me I was told to customer service help line what happened to In person customer help...???
I’ve been going here for about 6 months. Skin looks amazing, the girls are so sweet, i literally have everything there and then some and i have the best color. this is the best salon and location.(it has so many beds!!) and its actually making a difference in my skin and my tans are literally perfection. Using the spas and the red light with vibra-shape session, has me snatched! 10/10 recommend🤏🏼
Wait times are VERY long! I walked in on a Monday evening just to get a spray tan for my upcoming trip and waited almost 2 hours. I used to be a member a long time ago but cancelled when we moved but decided to go here because I did like it when I had a membership but that was at a different location. I haven't gotten a spray tan in a while and this one did turn out quite blotchy. I would be willing to maybe consider trying it again but not if the wait times are going to be that long.
