My first class here was yesterday wanting to check out Judo because I hear so many great things about it. My experience was very welcoming by all the upper belts no ego at all and let me work some techniques. A lot of high level athletes here as well some Olympics some wrestlers very established gym. If you’re looking for some standup to improve or want to try out judo this definitely be spot to go. ( Hector )
I started judo here as a kid, and even though life took me away a couple times, I always end up coming back. It's been around since the 50s, so one of the oldest judo schools in Texas, and also the most accomplished. We've had olympians, national champions, and one of the best kids programs in the country. The head coach was an olympic alternate, and the club is run as a non-profit, just to spread judo and help people, so you can be sure this place is much more high quality than other martial arts schools around.
Great place, highly recommend to all
