Was on travel and needed a wax with limited time to do it. Noticed a store in the area and made appointment that day. I was greeted by a lady who was pleasant and professional. The service was excellent and all the staff were very polite and pleasant. Highly recommended this location.
Everyone in the reception area is always so friendly, and every time I walk in they greet me with a smile. Naomi is the wax specialist who did my eyebrows, and she did an absolutely amazing job. She’s incredibly thorough, has such a gentle touch, and honestly works more like an artist. I left feeling so confident and cared for
It was my daughter's first time coming here and Serenity at the front desk was awesome! She made the new client experience great and easy. Laney did an awesome job with her brows and I heard them laughing and having a good time the whole time.
