Kimberly was great. Climbed up on our unit in 99 degree temp. She answer all my questions and she was very familiar with how to navigate the insurance process. The product has an excellent warranty and they do not shortcut the repairs. We were on our way out of town and Kimberly said if they could not get the job done by the time we need to leave she would make sure the roof was covered with patches.
