When my daughter broke her hand over the weekend we were able to get a fast appointment. The staff were friendly and professional and did a great job temporarily splinting her hand and making her feel comfortable! So happy with the care
I was here today with my son ,I was thinking if I should go on hospital or only on a urgent care due to his condition (dehydrated and not eating for last 3 days) then I decided to come here as it’s near our house.I scheduled an appointment 1 hour before arriving and got checked in for 5 minutes ,I was on my way to take a seat when the nurse called my son’s name.I was surprised and really happy for not waiting at least 4/5 hours as I did on the emergency room on the hospital he was born . Fantastic staff and experience. 3.5 yo put a bean in his ear, realized late on a Sunday night. Called ahead and the receptionist checked to make sure they could treat him, and reserved us an appointment while I drove in. Check-in was easy, waiting room was large so we could space out. Got us into a room within 5 minutes. Nurse Ollie was so sweet with our kiddo, and the Dr. we saw was personable and professional. It was a team effort to flush out the bean with an uncooperative and upset kiddo, but they were all so patient and kind. They truly made a stressful, up-after-bedtime experience so much easier than I expected.
