We have been getting a majority our sons medical supplies here for his whole life (7 years). Primarily respiratory, feeding tube and incontinence supplies. They typically call me to place our monthly order and most of the time everything goes smoothly. Occasionally there is an error, but it gets corrected quickly. We've also needed after hours assistance a few times and never had trouble getting taken care of. I especially appreciate Krysti, she is great about communicating and so helpful.
Cook Children’s Home Health in Allen was so wonderful with my little boy who needed a helmet. Nitin was OUTSTANDING! He was always so kind and you could tell he truly cares about the kiddos. He helped make each appointment comfortable for my son and by the end, my son’s head shape had improved dramatically. Thank you to the whole team and to Nitin who was a joy to work with!
Our experience with the mobility department is always 10/10 but recently, we encountered a damaged wheelchair from flying. The claims department with the airline had us reach out to Briyet, whom we often work with, for an assessment of the chair. Assuming we had minimal damage, Briyet’s thorough inspection found that we actually had a bent frame, meaning the whole chair needed to be replaced!
