When you are dealing with the worst time of your life, Community Healthcare of Texas is at their best. My mother went from the hospital to hospice and frankly, it was unexpected, but also a hard reality. Facing such a reality was difficult but made easier by the CHOT team. From their Chaplain, Jeremy Pope was warm and caring, to the compassion and professionalism of the medical team, I felt we were in strong and capable hands throughout this very challenging time.
