Chico is amazing! My car overheated on the way home. Me and my son were stuck on the 20 waiting for my car to cool down so I could fill up the antifreeze reservoir and hopefully make it the rest of the way home, 4.2 miles. But 2 miles in my car overheated again. I had to call for a tow truck. I was upset because of my car situation and was getting more upset because all the tow truck companies I called were not answering. Then I called Chicos. I'm so glad Chico answered! He is amazing! I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive at my location. He greeted us and then he hooked my car up to his tow truck fast but carefully, he didn't rush thru it. Called Chico’s Towing this morning and at first I thought the cost was expensive (this was my first tow) but it turns out they had the best pricing. They gave me an ETA and I was surprised at how promptly they arrived. They were super professional and I appreciated the text updates. Would definitely call them again if I needed another tow.
