Really poor customer service.. I was outside waiting for more than an hour and 45 minutes to get some paperwork ..!! Will never do business with them again...Service: Car towing
Do not use. My vehicle was damaged in the process of the tow (damage occurring EXACTLY where the tow attached to my vehicle). I have witness testimony stating the tow driver was observed noticing the damage and taking pictures AFTER the tow had been completed to the mechanic. I also have evidence that no damage was done to my vehicle prior to the tow. They will not take any responsibility for the damage and state that the because the vehicle was unattended at the time of tow (due to repeated delays and ultimately them being over an hour late to pick up the vehicle), they are not responsible for any damages. 07/06/2023 at approximately 1805cstTruck#13 speeding down buisness 287(Mansfield Hwy) with his lights on, riding people's rears including mine. Then he gets around me and slows down to give me an ugly look like the one you give when you want to get ugly with someone else driving, because I didn't pull over out of his way. Very disrespectful. Never once did he use a blinker and he was blowing a ton of black smoke out of his exhaust. Those lights do not give you the right to speed. If this is how they drive without a vehicle in tow, then I definitely would not use them. I will upload video footage later.
