Unfortunately, there is no option for zero stars. Securing the loan itself was the easiest thing ever. I have an amazing loan officer and that part of the process ran so smoothly. However, the insurance department is completely incompetent. When I originally purchased my home, I went round and round with them trying to get them to pay the homeowners policy. I have an escrow account for this very reason. The loan sold and I refinanced in March with them again. Again, a great experience with the amazing loan officer and we closed as expected.
