In America for a massage it works like this: If your customer wants to tip they may if they fill like the therapist gave them a good massage. In America, a tip is optional for massage. It’s not mandatory. When you demand a tip you are loosing customers. Please learn our culture here in America and pass it on to your colleagues. Sincerely, Mr Lee
