After voicing my concerns he offered not only an apology on behalf of a (silly and out of his control) situation. He then offered advice and assurance that helped put my busy life and schedule at ease. The negative impression I started with has been remedied. Great service and reasonable price! Diagnosed the problem on the outside AC unit quickly and fixed the problem. He also checked the capacitor and coolant levels to make sure everything was good. Honest and friendly. Will definitely call them again and recommend to my real estate customers!
