I anticipated a lengthy repair but was pleasantly surprised when the technician identified a wiring issue and resolved it in just over an hour. This visit was notably smoother compared to prior experiences with other HVAC services that required multiple calls.
We were quoted a reasonable rate for the duct and vent cleaning, and while the technicians efficiently completed the job in about two hours, I did notice they didn't communicate as clearly as I would have liked about the need for a minor repair discovered during the process.
After a prior uncomfortable experience with another contractor, I appreciated that the technician arrived on time and completed the maintenance in under an hour, clearly explaining that the filter needed replacing and the coils required cleaning. The A/C system now runs smoothly again, and while it's early days yet, I feel more confident about avoiding unexpected issues this summer.
