Blue Banner doesn’t answer phone calls even though they are at their desk. I asked the lady at blue banner counter if they take phone calls she said yes but she’s definitely lying because she smirked when I asked. Very unprofessional. Also one of the ladies didn’t speak good English so she got mad and raised her voice at me when I didn’t understand her.

Very rude front desk receptionist. Aka a question and they look at you like you’re stupid because you didn’t understand what they said because it didn’t make sense.

Been having a lot of complications with my hip, shoulder and now my knee. They only recommend stretches and try to get me addicted to pain killers. I was looking for serious help multiple times and unfortunately they do a 2 minute test and send me off my way.
