0 STARS I literally hate this clinic & don’t even THINK of trying to schedule an appointment its YEARS OUT and then when u come for one u still not seen till hours later even though YOU had a appointment . They are soooooo slow and rude. You’ll be better searching up self care skills then coming here. They literally act like they don’t want to do there job. You can get pulled bck, state ur issue and they bring you BACK to the lobby to wait forever to be brought back . They don’t want to help at all. I usually go off base if I wanna be seen cause Thomas Moore is so useless. They need all new people they don’t know what’s going on. And the reviews or useless...read full review

Have literally NEVER had an issue coming here in the past until today. Except for minor appointments here and there my experience w Thomas Moore has generally been favorable since arriving on installation a year ago. That is, until having met/consulted w Ms Coop.

Individual was not cordial, respectful, or pleasant at all. As already mentioned in a filed ICE complaint, a simple medical consultation instead felt hostile.

As a patient seeking medical treatment, did NOT feel comfortable or safe at all and would strongly recommend someone either A) address the situation specifically as I’m sure it’s happened before for and/or B) hire different staff to serve...read full review

They are incapable of picking up the phone. Good luck trying to set up an appointment. They don’t even put you on hold, they will just straight up not answer. I have actually sat in their waiting area and called them as a bit of an experiment. The phone will ring once or twice and then one of the workers will just silence the call. Unbelievable
