My first experience at Touchstone Imaging, From the from desk to the guy who did my exam was exceptional well, especially the guy who helped set me up to do my MRI and put me under the MRI Machine. His instructions were very easy to follow and he made sure I was comfortable.
This is probably the smoothest and fastest experience I’ve had of any imaging center. The front desk staff was amazing as well as the technician - they act like they actually want to be here which made the experience that much more pleasant. Went in for an mri and the whole thing was done in under 20min.
I have been here a few times between myself and bringing family and each time the staff is so nice and helpful and genuinely seems to care about you having a good visit! Ebony (not sure on spelling) is great and gentle and gets the scan done well with clear instructions and great technique when she placed my IV. She patient and kind and great at what she does. The front desk ladies are always so kind and welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns I have had regarding insurance or payments. I wish more places showed kindness and patient care like this place has shown me.
