We would recommend Valley Ridge. The company replaced our roof and acted as GC for other related work in connection with significant hailstorm damage in 2023. We recently experienced some leaking and reached out to the company. They were very responsive and evaluated with issue, which turned out to be unrelated to the work they performed in 2023, so not strictly warranty work. Regardless, they arranged tradespeople to address the problem and coordinated the billing. In particular, I would point out Emily (Ops Manager) and Jake (Sale Rep) as very competent, professional and responsive.
The team here at Valley Ridge Roofing powered by Frontier are beyond amazing. The attention to detail, the hospitality, and the urgency is unmatched. Mario Caballero was beyond helpful in answering all of my questions and exceeding all of my expectations. They take care of their customers like family, I would highly recommend this company!
