I love coming to get my hair done at Ulta! Hairstylist MiMi always does a great job, and she takes her time making sure she cuts exactly how I envision. I always leave feeling and looking amazing!

Kim was incredible and extremely fast. I was very surprised. And she was super patient, I arrived late. But she did not get upset and still washed, dried and curled my super long hair within 40min.Lauren was also great and very friendly. She did a really good job with my makeup.

I usually love coming to this Ulta and feel like the girls in skincare or makeup are very knowledgeable. I had someone yesterday help me with skincare and she was so nice and helpful, wish I knew her name. Once I got to the cashier, Alison, she had no customer service and did not care to explain anything. I asked if online coupons would work on any of my products since I’ve used a online coupon every time or they at least try to scan it or even explain why it won’t work but this cashier just said “online coupons are only for online” with such attitude. Cashiers like that can really ruin an ulta experience.
