Decent selection of products, plenty of staff to assist but you do need to ask for help. The store is organized well, but products could use a little straightening. I was looking for something I saw on their web site, only to be told that it is an online only item. They could ship it for free, but that didn't solve the reason I went to a brick an mortar store in the first place, which was to get a gift for someone. Anyway, they tried to help, so that's good.
