There are cleaners, then there are CLEANERS. Finding a cleaners you like doing business with, comes down to character and how the personal treat you and your clothing. I started doing business with Tide Cleaners in Flower Mound a few months ago, even though there are others closer to where I live. Susan, runs the Flower Mound location and she memorized mine and my wifes name the first time I did business with them. You won't find someone who is more dedicated in knowing who you are and how to interact with you than Susan. Take time to stop by and see for yourself. I’ve had consistently great experiences at Flower Mound Tide Cleaners, and I especially want to recognize the manager, Susan. She is always professional, polite, and incredibly hard-working. No matter how busy the store is, she remains calm, attentive, and focused on making sure customers are taken care of.
My garments are always returned clean, neatly pressed, and ready on time. The level of consistency really stands out — every visit has been smooth and reliable. It’s clear that Susan sets a high standard for service and leads by example.

I pass several other cleaners on the way to this location. I will always keep coming back here because the service is second to none. The cleaning quality is above reproach and the fantastic lady at the counter k ows me even though I am not as much a regular customer as some others may be. Best. Cleaners. Ever.
