Tide Cleaners in FM is the best dry cleaners I’ve ever used! By the 3rd visit they knew me and don’t have to ask for my name at drop-off and pickup! Need same-day even on Saturday? No problem! Great cleaning and great service!
Susan at the Flower Mound location is my personal hero! I dropped off all of my suits at 9am this morning and had mentioned I needed same day service at least for one of them. I forgot all about picking them up and she called me to remind me a few minutes before they closed!! She even stayed 5 mins late to give me time to get there, had already processed my payment, applied my coupons, and helped me to my car with them. Unreal hospitality!I would have seriously been out of luck if she had not gone above and beyond and I will never go elsewhere for dry cleaning as long as I’m in this area because of Susan!
Tide quality + Susan (store manager) is an unbeatable combination. I never realized they were right next to the Kroger on Cross Timbers, but I have found my cleaner and I won't ever leave.
