The actual experiences of my mammogram and Dexa Scans were fine and the staff was courteous and kind. However, getting the appointments has me almost switching providers and centers. After I was notified that they had my doctor’s orders, I tried calling over 2 days and spent an average of 20 mins on hold 6 different times, eventually hanging up after listening to music for 20 mins. Are they truly that busy? In which case, they should provide a “wait time” estimate to give the caller the choice. I’ve gone to Solis in Flower Mound for past 2 years and they make scheduling a breeze.

I've been using Texas Health Women's Imaging Center for several years not, and I have had nothing but excellent care at this facility. The staff are amazing, the facility is nice and the entire process makes it easy for me to get my annual mammogram here. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had no idea a mammogram could be this pleasant. Everyone was kind and helpful. The imaging was quick and painless (I had always heard they hurt). Convenient appointments. I will absolutely return here and will recommend them to everyone.
