First colonoscopy…. Communication was great! The Prep is the worst part. I wasn’t prepared for how intense that was…. Upon arrival the staff was friendly, facility organized and clean, doctor Mehta was kind and the procedure was done promptly, professionally and I felt like I was taken care of well!

Got an endoscopy and colonoscopy. This was probably the nicest medical experience of my life. Right from reception to the lady accompanying me to the door after the procedure, every single person was so sweet.
My procedure was delayed by like 15 mins (which is not a lot but you know how awful the prep makes you feel, I was sooo thirsty!). However the receptionist delivered the news of the delay so kindly, I was perfectly happy to wait. This goes to show a simple smile and kind word can make all the difference. I wish I knew her name, she is the lady who called all the patients ma'am/sir. Thank you!!!
