I have used Rain Leak Solutions twice over the years and have been very satisfied with their thorough and professional work. The last time, my windows leaked into the house after a big rain. The windows are 20 years old and the seals had worn. Rain Leak sealed them up perfectly and no leaks since.
We had a leak and Rain Leak Solutions went from top to bottom of our 4 story townhome to eventually determine that the leak was a result of the builder not installing a moisture barrier underneath the tile on the 4th floor terrace. The tile was pulled up, moisture barrier installed, and they came up with a cost effective solution to replace the tile with a removable grid system that is impervious to weather fluctuations. We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism, integrity, cleanliness, and the way we were treated like family. Rain Leak Solutions are absolute experts and professionals when it comes to tracing rain leaks and sealing them up for good.
