The front desk team did an excellent job of setting our first self wash visit up to be a positive one. They demonstrated the features of the equipment and ensured we had everything we needed. The private drying room was super! The entire experience was just great and made me wonder why we hadn’t done it sooner! Looking forward to going back!
Grooming appointments are easy to schedule online or via the app. The groomers pay close attention to instructions and our dog always looks good afterward. Prices are reasonable, clightly below most local competitors.
The staff attendant was very helpful, showing me how to use the equipment. It was our first time and my dog liked it better than at home because I was at eye height with him during the bath. The shampoo coming out of the sprayer with the hose made everything go quickly. We will be back.
