I don’t ever write reviews, but Flower Mound ppl listen up. I took my huge, long-haired cat to be bathed for the first time today at PetBar. She has never had a bath… ever. My cat had probably developed 5 pounds of hair that needed to be combed off her, and several mats that I couldn’t get a brush through myself. 1.5 hours after drop off, I picked up my new ozempic sized cat. She literally looks half the size she was and her hair is so silky. She smells great. 10/10 recommend because I KNOW bathing and blow drying cats probably sucks. They did a phenomenal job.

We took our dog Phoenix here today for the very first time and let’s just say that we have found a permanent place to get her baths. Phoenix is very anxious and has bad separation anxiety when it comes to baths and the staff at PetBar was beyond phenomenal. I just want someone who will take care of Phoenix like she is their own dog and we definitely found that. Tabitha(I hope I spelled it correctly) took care of Phoenix today and Phoenix smells the best she has very smelled after a bath. We can’t wait to return!
