I’ve been doing strength training with Jonathan since 2014. I’ve definitely seen a difference in my strength & muscle tone. Love the group I work out with too! Makes the hour go by quickly. Jonathon does a great job on training & making sure you are doing the exercise correctly. As I age I understand how important it is to keep doing strength & cardio training. My doctor says to keep it up too. Highly recommend Lone Star. It’s work but in a relaxed, fun environment.

Jonathon is a wonderful personal trainer ! When I first decided to hire a trainer in 2014, I was just about to have a BIG birthday and feeling out of shape and flabby….Jonathan inspired me to pursue my goal of being in a body building competition… I thought I was too old but I’ll never forgot when he said “that doesn’t matter as long as you’re the best that you can be”. Within a short time I had lost 20 lbs and was on stage in a bikini - he helped me totally transform my body! To this day I always remember that and his belief in me is what inspires me to be the best I can be no matter the challenge 😊

I’ve been working out with Jonathon for over 13 years, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. He helped me get into the best shape of my life, and I actually continue reaching goal after goal that I wasn’t sure I could hit. As I evolve, he evolves. I need that consistency and accountability to be successful. Everything is personalized - strength training during our session together, and then he sets me up with a clear plan for cardio and nutrition that I follow on my own.
