    I had a horrible experience today, December 30th 2025 I was there for my colonoscopy and endoscopy with Doctor Andrew Holt I had to wait for long time two hours. I checked in at 10:15 but doctor did explain that he got busy with a patient anyways finally nurse called me and told me She’s my nurse and my room is #1 then she asked me to go to the Bathroom to change in my gowns and leave my stuff there, so I asked her can I change in room# 1 She told me NO I felt like the bathroom was nasty place to change since it’s a Public bathroom Also, they’re going to charge my insurance company for the proper room, but the Nurse is making me changing in a nasty bathroom I have never experienced anything like this in my life my own bathroom gets cleaned five times a day and I still Don’t change in my bathroom Bad hygiene and horrible customer service!!!!😡

    Dr. Neil Mehta has performed all of my colonoscopys (20 years). Honestly, he's the only reason why I haven't developed colon cancer, since I'm prone to have pre-cancerous colon polyps, which he removed during my colonoscopys, at Lone Star Endoscopy. He's simply the best, bar none!!! His nursing staff is top notch, & leaves no stone unturned (Jason, Devonee, Whitney, Laura, & Ruez)! For inquiring minds, who want to know, I was not paid to provide this review!

    This is some sort of scam. I was told I had to pay 1300.00 at the time of my appt or they wouldn’t do it. I KNEW the procedure was covered by my insurance but they assured me I was wrong. 2 weeks later, my insurance paid them the entire amount. So I call to see when my original form of payment would be credited, they said 30-45 days. And absolute Unacceptable way to do business.

    Great experience at the appointment but an absolute &:!3),),!,!;!**!!! Billing and collections nightmare! We have paid our bill and yet we continue to get harassing phone calls from collections! We’ve left multiple voice mails. But no one returns our calls. It seems intentional that they make it impossible to talk to a human about this.

    I have had four procedures here over the years. I highly recommend them. Dr Holt is great and the staff and administrators are equally good. They are caring, compassionate and competent. Everything is explained leading up to the procedure, right before it and then the consultation with the doctor afterwards. Highly efficient operation!! Thank you for your concern and care. KO

    I found it both inappropriate and somewhat condescending in her tone-that the nurse I had for prep asked me where I was from (no other health professional ever asked) and why I didn’t know my family history (adopted) it wasn’t so much the two questions she asked, it’s her manner and tone. Other than that, the staff in general was wonderful and both the endoscopy/colonoscopy procedures went well.

    This place makes you feel so at ease The moment you walk in the door. From the front desk lady to the pre-op nurse, Anesthesiologist, Dr and then anybody in post-op. Considering this is such a delicate situation when you go to these type places, they definitely take really good care of you and want to make you feel safe and heard. I had a wonderful experience here. Thank you for your kindness
