Life Time Flower Mound is a premier athletic country club offering a wide range of amenities, including an expansive fitness floor, unlimited studio classes, basketball courts, eucalyptus steam rooms, and indoor and outdoor pools. The club provides high-end services, such as unlimited group training and individualized attention, through its Signature Membership. The on-site Life Spa offers a luxurious experience, with a revamped layout and top-notch staff. The men's dressing room and locker rooms are always kept clean, and the cafe is great, with quality food that is worth the price. Equipment is easy to navigate, making workouts smooth and enjoyable. The staff, including managers and membership concierges, are dedicated and helpful, with some members noting that certain team members, like Jason, Seth, Jonathan in operations, and Pam Williams, provide excellent service. Despite some concerns about equipment maintenance and parking lot security, the club remains a highly recommended place with many amenities and attentive staff to serve members well.
I truly enjoy all that Lifetime at Flower Mound has to offer. The studio classes (Cycling, Yoga, Barbell/Lift Strictly, and GTX) are phenomenal. Each instructor brings uniqueness to their coaching style and keeps the classes engaging. Definitely recommend any classes taught by Danyl, Lynn, Heather, Diana B., Diana R., or Jean.
What a special place. All the employees are so professional and friendly. They are helpful and so upbeat. The place is stunningly clean. Loads of classes all day long. Trainers and instructors are awesome.
We are bent on pointing out good things that are happening in our community. In that context, like to point out an excellent PT on your team, Ms. Sara Brace. She is very competent, compassionate, and considerate … even though she is beautiful :). I was trying to figure out how to use the body-mass machine. She voluntarily stepped in and walked me thru the entire process. She took the time to provide the guidance; not very common in this busy world.
