I am very happy with the work completed by the Lake City team, particularly the owner Dan. He came to evaluate a problem with one of our AC units and diagnosed a problem that had been incorrectly diagnosed by another contractor. Dan also suggested adjustments to some duct work that had been done poorly. Dan and his team came today to repair the AC unit and reroute ductwork. All the work was done neatly and professionally, and I can feel the difference with air flow and cooler temperatures. Dan’s diagnosis of the AC problem and the ducting issues were right on and the cost was substantially less than the quote from the other contractor. I saved money and got a proper repair of the AC unit with the bonus of more efficient ducting. You can tell Dan has a lot of experience and knowledge that translates into quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Dan and his team.

Danny from Lake City Services came and replaced a weak capacitor and provided some refrigerant for quite a bit less than other AC service companies had quoted. Lots less. All finished up in an hour. Fantastic company!

Lake City is the most trustworthy company for your home and business. For the last few years, I have had an issue with the AC system and have called several companies to fix it, but no one has found the right cause. Jeff and Daniel not only identify the main cause of the problem but also fix it to prevent it from occurring again.

Little late writing this review - but Lake City Service came out last year to install a mini-split for our new room addition. The guys were personable, on time, and cleaned up nicely. Everyone from scheduling to completion were friendly - great customer service - highly recommend this company!
