Always a great experience, from check-in, to meeting with the dentist, to the hygienist. Alex is very thorough with his cleaning and recommending home treatment as preventive care.

I became a new customer at the end of last year. From the moment Starr took my phone call and asked how she might "brighten my smile" I have been treated very well. Reggie has worked with me a lot and has been great! Dr. Bui was great at explaining to me what was needed, what was being done, and answering my questions.Root canals are not fun! But Dr. Hifeda the endodontist was so soothing and calm! "Pressure is normal, pain is not." And when i felt pain in a "hot tooth" she sprang into action and quickly alleviated it!Ideal dental has lived up to its name! Thank you!

They have put on 3 crowns. Two of the three have cracked apart. One then required a periodontist, due to bad seating and a 1 cm [10mm] pocket. That required an endodontist who recommended a root canal. The root canal was done under the crown and the crown later cracked apart and was supposedly was replaced under warranty. But warranty only covers labor! I STILL had to pay for another crown to be made.Now, a year later, a portion of the other replacement crown cracked off. Sure enough...because it was covered by warranty...my "free" replacement cost me $330 out of pocket and no insurance would cover it because it was just replaced.Now, most recently, a third crown installed...read full review
