Just FYI, the church tried really hard to prevent me from using your business today. They tried to prevent me from entering the parking lot with a group of people telling me I couldn't enter. All of the retail parking lot spots were also full of church attendees despite the signs.You have rights and the church is stomping all over them.

Check in via online and virtual wait list is not a good idea. I took my daughter in here for a quick haircut and we got seated right away with the waitlist of 5 plus people. The thing about the online wait list is that the stylist as to call the individuals and it takes time away from business aka money to wait for them to come in. Only makes sense to take in a customer who is waiting as a walk in because that is guaranteed business. Although virtual waitlist is good for consumers it may not be good for business due to the flakiness of people. My daughter got a great haircut at a great price.
