Took my pet she wasn’t eating or drinking. Asked dr Conner if she could maybe check if glands were full. She said no I told her your tech said they were full. 977$ later couldn’t find anything wrong . I went to my home town and took her to her vet and they requested records from dr Conner. On there it was documented that glands were expressed after I was told no they weren’t full. I called them and they couldn’t tell me whether they had or not. Yet on their itemized statement nothing was documented about glands. Terrible service.

I am an OIF veteran and my service dog has been diagnosed with heart disease. I had a scheduled appointment on the 16th for an ECG but it turned into more than that. They pumped a little over a gallon of fluid from her stomach and the techs laid on the floor with her while they were doing the procedure. They gave us medication to take home to hopefully treat the heart disease and give my friend and me some more time together. It hurts knowing nothing can really be done for her but today she's acting spry and because of the care she received here, we're both feeling a lot better than we did yesterday. I appreciate everything the staff did for me and my sweetest friend.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I know everybody has good and bad experiences along the way for everything, and I think goodness for Dr. Angove last night. Our baby had an upset stomach for a couple days, no biggie just eating off and on. She's always been kind of a picky eater. She threw up after dinner and I decided it was time to take her to the vet and get her checked out cuz something wasn't right. We went in the bedroom to lay down and just relax for a bit and I had her next to me. She got up, took a step & collapsed. We immediately ran up there and thank goodness we were the only ones there. The two young ladies we encountered, the receptionist and I'm assuming the tech, were very nice. Asked if they could do an ultrasound and we said whatever she needed. Dr Angove came in a few minutes later with the machine and showed us what every pet parent fears... cancer. It was a very aggressive and fast-moving form any he assured us there wasn't anything we could have done. And she didn't start showing any signs of pain at all until last night. We didn't have a choice, and he was so kind, thoughtful and just apologized over and over and gave his sincerest condolences for the loss of our baby. They offered choices, and as much as I would love to have had her buried in the backyard with the rest, we were not going to take her home. We were allowed to spend as much time as we wanted with her, before and after the procedure and it was reassuring she was passing painlessly and with a great Dr! I hate to bring this up, I didn't even hear them when they mentioned it, but the price was extremely reasonable for the visit, the ultrasound and euthanasia. I would highly recommend this location, and I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do I will!! Thank you again Dr. Angove & staff...love, Lola's mom & dad.

I am so grateful and happy with the top notch service me and my Matcha girl received here! We were referred to them after an x-ray showed that matcha had a tummy full of hair ties. The staff was AMAZING and were so sweet to my baby. Tommy and Dr. Hattaway are awesome and I appreciate the time and care they put into making sure my baby was healthy again

Amazing experience. Came in around mid night as my dog had eaten some onions. Was very transparent with the process, very friendly and always shared different options on treatment.

Dr. Gruben, Allison and the entire staff were amazing. We rushed in on Memorial day and our pet was taken to the back for treatment within a minute of walking in the door. I can't say enough good things about this facility and the staff. Highly recommend.

Our maltipoo got into something late on a Friday night which caused a puncture. We quickly took her to Dr. Gruben and they irrigated the wound and prescribed antibiotics and pain medication. She is doing fine. We followed up with our regular vet. She finished her treatment course and has healed nicely 😊
