No one could ask for better care of a sick pet. My 9-week-old mini dachshund was very sick with likely parasites (from transporting from a breeder), wasn't eating, was lethargic and had diarrhea. My vet recommended Flower Mound Veterinary Emergency Clinic to me and I checked my puppy in that day. The doctors and my personal vet stayed in close touch during her 4 days there - in isolated intensive care. No one was sure whether she would survive. The doctors at the clinic stayed in touch with me with rogress reports, were honest, available, thorough and took time with me to explain progress. Bottom line - in four days they returned a recovering puppy to me with detailed instructions for daily care (and some meds). She is now a happy, healthy and very active puppy. Hats off to all the doctors and support staff for taking such incredible care of my puppy. Not only did they call to provide updates, they even sent pictures! This is one CARING facility with an outstanding staff. YOUR pet deserves care at this level if / when needed. There simply is no better. Why risk your pet's health to anywhere else?
Great service. The staff and Veterinarian Cortez were all great. Our dog had pancreatitis going on, needed to find answers to see what else, they did a blood work up and ultrasound and gave us some more answers. Her gall bladder has issues too and dehydration. Would definitely recommend or come back if need be.
